October 29th is right around the corner and since it's pretty much confirmed that we'll be hearing about the LG Nexus 4 at Google's event, among other things, we also could be hearing about the Nexus 7, now with 3G. Thanks to an FCC listing, the 3G Nexus 7 has been confirmed and as it isn't too surprising, at least we now know it's actually legit. Google realizes that many people want to use their Nexus 7 while on the go and unfortunately, WiFi isn't as widespread as some of us would prefer. With the popularity of the tablet, we'll likely see the 3G version available on top carriers. And there won't be an 8GB version either considering that appears to being discontinued because of all the complaints. Not to get too far ahead as nothing has been announced yet, but one would expect that there'd be a 3G version in 16, 32, and maybe even 64GB. Okay, the 64GB was pulled out of thin air, but 16 and 32 are highly likely. The 3G Nexus 7 isn't the only thing to be excited about. A manual for the oh so rumored Nexus 10 was leaked today and maybe, just maybe we'll be hearing about it and seeing it first hand next week. Source: FCC |
